How our pricing works
Every service uses one of these pricing models, so you always know what triggers a charge.
- Percent of rent
- A monthly fee figured as a percentage of the rent we collect. No rent collected, no fee.
- Percent of first month's rent
- A one-time fee when a new lease is signed, figured from the first month’s rent.
- Per visit
- A set price each time someone shows up, billed only when a visit happens.
- Hourly
- Billed for the time actually worked, after any time a visit already includes.
- Each time
- A fixed price per job, like an inspection or a lease renewal. No subscription.
- Monthly flat fee
- The same amount every month, whatever the rent.
