What we collect on this site
When you send a form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your message, and for owners, the property address and plan estimate. We don't sell this information.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: prepare a proposal, schedule a showing, or reply to your message. Rental applications and resident accounts are covered by the separate terms in the tenant portal.
