Dano's Digs is built around a simple observation: owners who only need a hand now and then shouldn't have to choose between doing everything themselves and paying for full management they don't need.
Why à la carte
Some owners live five minutes away and just want someone to take the 2 a.m. call. Some are moving across the country and want the whole thing handled. Most are somewhere in between, and that changes over the years.
So we priced every service on its own, bundled the common combinations into plans, and made the price visible before you talk to anyone. If your needs change, your plan changes with them.
How we treat residents
A well-run rental is good for everyone. We publish our screening criteria on every listing, apply them the same way to every applicant, and count every lawful source of income. Repairs get triaged quickly, and residents get proper notice before anyone comes in.
Happy residents stay longer, and long tenancies are the best thing that can happen to an owner's bottom line.
What we hold ourselves to
- Plain prices
- Our rate card is on this website. The number in your estimate is the number in your agreement unless the home needs something we couldn't see.
- Your money, kept separate
- Rents and deposits we collect are held in a trust account as Colorado's Real Estate Commission requires, and you get a statement every month.
- Your approval, your limit
- You set the dollar amount above which we ask before spending. Only true emergencies skip the line.
- Fair to everyone
- One published standard for every applicant, reasonable accommodations on request, and full compliance with federal and Colorado fair housing law.
